Nikki M. Garlitz, 40, of Bridgeport, OH died Saturday, April 25, 2015 at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. She was born January 17, 1975 in Wheeling, WV a daughter of Earl and Bonnie Orr Smith of Flushing, OH.
Surviving in addition to her parents are her husband, Jason R. Garlitz and one son, Damien R. Garlitz both of Bridgeport; a brother, Earl (Carissa) Smith, Jr. of Eighty Four, PA and her maternal grandmother, Mary Poland Orr of Flushing.
Preceded in death also by paternal grandparents, Earl and Stella Rozanski Smith; maternal grandfather, Dempsey Orr.
A memorial gathering and service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
