Phyllis M. Holland, born in Menifee County, Kentucky on December 5, 1930, passed away at Hospice of Butler/Warren Counties on Saturday, January 31, 2015. She was a resident of Middletown since 1956 and a member of Springhill Church of Christ. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Nesbitt Holland Jr.; her sons, Michael (Debora) Holland of Monroe, Jeff (Shari) Holland of Ft. Madison, IA; 3 grandchildren, Elizabeth (Charley) Neace, Marcus (Amber) Holland, Amy Holland; 5 great-grandchildren, Austin, Allison, Aiden, Trevin, Jayden; and her sisters, Mary Jo Swartz and Barbara Lykins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Moses and Bethel Ferrell; and 3 brothers, Robert Ferrell, James Marvin Ferrell and Gary Ferrell. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 5, 2015 at Breitenbach McCoy Leffler Funeral Home, 517 S. Sutphin St., Middletown, Ohio from 9:30 AM until time of Service at noon. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Spring Hill Church of Christ, 2021 Brell Drive, Middletown, OH 45042.
