Cadillac, Michigan - Harriett May Keller, of Cadillac and formerly of Saint Helen, passed away Monday, December 22, 2014 at Pleasant Lake Lodge Assisted Living. She was 95.

Harriett was born on April 14, 1919, in Le Mars, Iowa to Oscar and Dora (Coombs) Allison. On May 29, 1942 Harriett entered into marriage with William Keller in Auburn Hills, MI.

Harriett made her living working as a registered nurse for over 30 years before retiring to Northern Michigan in 1979. Harriett was member of the American Legion Auxiliary for several decades as well as a member at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Cadillac in recent years. She enjoyed watching the birds and spending time with her family, especially attending Masonic and Shriner functions with her son and daughter-in-law. Harriett was a loving and caring mother and grandmother that was strong in her faith and will be deeply missed.

Harriett is survived by her son, Raymond (Lora) Keller of Cadillac; her grandchildren, Mike (Marty) Bisbee, Robert Keller, William Keller, Amy (Ryan) Jarecki, and Michelle Keller, five great-grandchildren; her sister, Betty Pauley; sister-in-law, Rosemary Keller, and many other loving family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William, her son, William, her parents, sister, Marvel and brother, Ronald.

Visitation for friends and family will take place Friday, December 26, 2014 from 5 pm- 8 pm at the Hitesman-Holdship Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 am on Saturday, December 27, 2014 also at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice of Michigan.
