U.S. Army Veteran, 75
Mr. Joseph P. Dooley, 75, a longtime resident of Bloomfield, passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2014 at the Arbor Glen Center, Cedar Grove. The funeral will be conducted from the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Wednesday, November 26 at 8:45 a.m. There will be a funeral mass celebrated at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church , Nutley, at 10:00 a.m. The interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery , North Arlington with military honors. Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 25 from 4:00 –8:00 p.m
Mr. Dooley was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA and was a longtime resident of Bloomfield.
He was a salesman for Maroon Chevy, Wayne for many years before retiring. Mr. Dooley served honorably in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his best friend and loving soul mate of 23 years, Lois Martino; his step-daughter Dana Trabucco and her husband Joseph; and his cherished grandchildren Joseph and Ariana.
