On October 8, 2014, Vera Riepe of Brownsville, passed away at the Samaritan Evergreen Hospice House. She had resided in Brownsville for the past 8 years. Before this, she lived in Lake Crystal, MN; Neenah, WI for over 30 years; and Canyonville, Oregon.
She loved reading, nature, and gardening.
Vera was preceded in death by her husband, Stan, after more than 50 years of marriage.
She is survived by her only son, Henry; and many relatives.
A special note should be made of her end of life care by her cousins, Bob and Sharon Babcock and their grandsons, James and Joseph.
She will be missed and remembered by her friends and family.
