(Faley) LaValley, 96, of Gardner, died peacefully Sunday October 19, 2014 in Wachusett Manor Nursing Home after a long illness. Geraldine was born in Templeton, December 29, 1917, daughter of the late William H. and Ella M. (Robinson) Faley, and has lived in Gardner for most of her life. Her beloved husband David J. LaValley, died in 1985. Geraldine enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. Geraldine will be missed by her daughter Linda McFalls, nine grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren. Geraldine was predeceased by her son William D. LaValley and one daughter Marilyn McNeil. At her request funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
