Tracy Lynn (Reilly) Carlin, 48, of Moundsville WV, passed away Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Glen Dale, .
Born in Glen Dale on April 29, 1966, Tracy was the daughter of the late Randy Reilley and Darlene Yost Bush of Mentor, OH. She was a Catholic by faith and a homemaker, who loved spending time with her daughter, Morgan.
Tracy served in the United States Army from 1984-1988, where she worked for the military intelligence department in Panama as a Spanish Linguist. After the service she worked for Ross Perot Computer Systems in Dallas Texas.
In addition to her father, Tracy was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Francis and Betty Sigler Jr.
Surviving are her husband of seven years, Leo Carlin, II of Moundsville; mother, Darlene (Dale) Bush of Mentor, Ohio; daughter, Morgan Marie of Moundsville; mother-in-law, Sylvia Carlin of New Martinsville, WV; sister-in-law, Lana (L.J.) Palmer of Clarington, OH; and her three special friends, Wendy Cross of Wheeling and Diane Monroe and Tracy Lemasters, both of Moundsville.
Friends will be received at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Lutes and Kirby Vance Chapel, 118 Grant Ave. Moundsville WV on Sunday, October 19 from 5-8 pm and on Monday from 10:00 am until the time of the service at 11:00 am, with Danny O'Neil officiating.
Interment will follow at Northview Cemetery, New Martinsville, WV.
