Amy Ruth Miller (formerly Amy Ruleman) of Aberdeen passed away in her sleep at her home on September 6th, 2014. She was 44.
Born May 13, 1970 in Harrisonburg, Virginia, she was the daughter of Donald Ruleman and his wife Virginia of Aberdeen and Sheryl Wright and her husband Robert Wright Sr. of Darlington, Maryland.
A Christian, Amy was very active in the Grove Presbyterian Church youth group in her teens, played sports in high school, and loved watching the Ravens and the Orioles. She really loved Christmas, horseback riding, animals of all kinds, country music, caring for others, and making people laugh. Amy had a great sense of humor and a fast wit.
A graduate of the University of Maryland, Amy was a licensed physical therapist for over 15 years. She worked extensively with children with special needs within the Harford County school system, as well as with adults requiring advanced care.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children Jacob, Madison, Emma, and Nicholas. Other survivors are her maternal grandmother Betty Kruczynski, her brother Aaron Ruleman and his wife Melissa and son Connor, her uncles Frank and David Kruczynski and Gary Ruleman, and Aunt Judy Liskey. She is survived by many cousins as well. Amy was married twice. Her first husband was George Tolson, Jr. and her second was Jeffrey Miller.
Services will be held at 1pm on Thursday, Sept 25th at Grove Presbyterian Church in Aberdeen, MD.
