Doyle King, 85, of Wills Point, formerly of Whitney, passed away on September 14, 2014, in Wills Point. No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Allan Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point.
Doyle was born March 29, 1929, in Emory, Texas, the son of Glen A. King and Susie Proctor King. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Doyle was married to Vivian Alsup. He was a machinist and retired about twenty years ago. Doyle lived in Whitney prior to moving to Wills Point three months ago. He enjoyed going to Lake Whitney and fishing. Doyle was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Glen and Susie King; wife, Vivian King; daughter, Dinah King and a grandson, Jimmy Myre.
Doyle is survived by two sons, Robert King, of Tennessee and Dale King, of Irving; two sisters, Wanda Noles, of Mesquite and Raymonell Aiman, of Wills Point and other relatives and friends.
