Harry E. Kindall
Age 87, of Louisville died Saturday, August 30, 2014 in Oak Hill Manor Care Center following an extended illness. Born February 20, 1927 in Woodsfield, Ohio to the late Rexford T. and Ivah E. (Foraker) Kindall. He was a Louisville resident for the past 60 years. He was a 1946 graduate of Antioch High School and was a Korean War veteran having served in the U.S. Army Artillery. Harry retired from Standard Oil in 1978 with 19 years and also retired from Louisville Public Schools with 25 years. He was a member of Northwest Church of Christ where he was active with the Golden Agers and was a former member of Louisville Church of Christ where he had served as an elder. Preceded in death by five brothers, Wilbur, Edward, Clifford, Lemuel and Orion Kindall. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Leila J. (Henning) Kindall; four children and spouses, Karen Kindall of Louisville, Diane and Dan Hilditch of North Canton, Glen and Sharon Kindall of Easton, PA, Bruce and Alisa Kindall of Ellicott City, MD; four grandchildren, Caroline, Elizabeth, Jack and Casey; one sister and brother-in-law, Ruth and Jerry Andrews of Canton; one brother and sister-in-law, Harold "Doc" and Molly Kindall of Woodsfield, OH. Funeral service will be Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2014 at 11:00 am in the Northwest Church of Christ with Lance Lindenberger and Bill Craddock officiating. Friends may call Tuesday from 6-8 pm in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton and one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday from 10 – 11 am. Memorial donations may be made to Northwest Church of Christ.
