Mr. Charles Brooks died peacefully on August 20, 2014. He was 86 years old. He is survived by his partner, Norma Cargo; brother and sister-in-law, Dale and Deanna Brooks and his sister, Cordelia Moxley. He was predeceased by his wife Virginia D. Brooks and sister Virginia Wilson.
An U.S. Army veteran, Mr. Brooks retired from Lockheed Martin where he worked in Quality Control. He enjoyed traveling, fishing and spending time in his vegetable garden.
Memorial Gifts may be sent to St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Aberdeen where Mr. Brooks was an active member for more than 50 years.
A private graveside burial occurred on August 22 at Bel Air Memorial Gardens with Pastor Maury Arsenault officiating.
