Anthony "Tony" Gentry, 51 of Lodi, OH passed away Friday, Aug. 1, 2014 in Lodi from injuries sustained in an ATV accident.
He was born Feb. 13, 1963 in Lodi to David and Esther Keller Gentry.
He graduated from Cloverleaf High School in 1981 and moved to Tennessee where he lived before returning to Lodi in 2000.
Tony had worked as a truck driver, and was currently employed at Sealy Mattress in Medina.
He is survived by his brothers,
Kevin (Teana) Gentry of West Salem
Brian Gentry of Lodi
Nephews – Matthew Gentry of West Salem, OH
David Gentry of Kent, OH
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation only will be held Sunday, Aug. 10, from 2-4 PM at the Parker & Son Funeral Home, 210 Medina St., Lodi (330-948-1122).
