VIRGINIA BEACH- Frederick Lloyd Kidd, 83, passed away July 31, 2014. Frederick was a life member of the VFW Post 392 and the Aragon Moose Lodge 1198. He also served his country proudly in the United States Navy retiring after 27 of service. Later also retiring from the Navy Exchange.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of over 46 years Joyce Smith Kidd; children, Cindy Meyer and her husband, Michael, George Faircloth, Timmy Kidd, Tina Kidd, Terry Kidd; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and his beloved dogs, Gigi, Rufus and Bad Boy Bailey
A funeral service will be held Monday at 11am at Altmeyer Funeral Home- Maestes Chapel, 1801 Baltic Ave, Virginia Beach with full military honors. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 5-7pm. Online condolences may be offered at www.altmeyer.com Thank You Mr. Kidd for your service to our county.
