Julie Beth Adamson, 57, of Rutland, formerly of Shrewsbury, and Gardner, died peacefully Saturday morning at her home after a brief illness.
Julie was born in Gardner, August 6, 1956, a daughter of the late Herbert C. and Eleanor (Donovan) Adamson, and has lived in Rutland the last three years.
Julie worked for Life Skills Inc. She enjoyed listening to the radio, drinking coffee, and reading the large Sears Catalog.. Julie's greatest joy came from helping her many friends. She will be remembered as a great and kind friend and loving sister.
Julie will be sadly missed by her sister Carla Howlett of Templeton, her brother Eric Adamson of Framingham, four nephews, Adam Howlett, Jayson Howlett, Eric Howlett, and Gregory Howlett, one great niece; Brielle Howlett, and two great-nephews; Evan and Jayson Howlett.
Relatives and friends are planning to honor and celebrate Julie's life by gathering for a calling hour in the Lamoureux Fletcher and Smith Funeral Home, 105 Central St., Gardner, on Tuesday July 8, 2014 from 11AM-12PM. Her funeral service will follow at 12PM. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Patriots Rd. Templeton.
