Derrick Lamar Brokenborough, 42. of Brookhaven, PA passed on Sunday, March 30, 2014.
Born, October 20, 1971 in Orlando, FL, he was the son of Jacqueline Hill Brokenborough and the late John Sherman Brokenborough.
He worked several jobs, security for the Parks and Recreation Department of Lower Merion Township; security at Harcum College and customer service at CVS pharmacy.
He enjoyed going to the Phillies games, family outings and shopping (he loved his clothes and sneakers). He also loved sports, baseball, basketball, football, tennis and golf.
Besides his mother he is survived by one sister, Megan C. Brokenborough of Haverford, PA; life partner, Elizabeth C. Hubert of Brookhaven, PA; godfather, William E. Holland of Ardmore, PA and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
