Amber G. Hugan departed this life December 26, 2013. She is the wife of Dale E. Hugan; mother of Lemare Charles Spangler, Dale A. Spangler, and Devaughn E. Spangler; sister of Joan Chalmers, Phyllis Spangler, Candace Spangler Bush, and Nicholas D. Spangler. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 3 godchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. Mrs. Hugan was a member of Cornerstone Fellowship Baptist Church, where she served in the Koinonia Ministry. Her funeral service will be 10am, Mon., Jan. 6th at Cornerstone Fellowship Baptist Church, 20 W. Lea Blvd., Wilm; viewing 8-9:45am only. Her burial will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, West Chester, PA.
