Robert Eugene Taylor died Saturday, October 27 at his home in BelAir. He was 66. Born in Baltimore he was the son of the late Eugene and Dorothy Taylor. Mr. Taylor was a paint specialist for Home Depot in Aberdeen. He was an avid Civil War enthusiast who was involved in several re-enactments and loved reading about the war. He enjoyed traveling and eating pinwheels and big bowls of chocolate ice cream with Hershey's syrup. He is survived by his daughter, Lisa R. Taylor of BelAir; grandchildren, Bryce Taylor, Logan Taylor, and Jack White, his former wife Betty Taylor and his companion, Beth McCutcheon. A visitation will be held at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home on Thursday, November, 1 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family in care of the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home, 333 S. Parke St., Aberdeen, MD 21001.
