Jonathan Daniel Arrowood, 33, died Tuesday, December 6, 2011.
Born in Greenville, he was the son of Gary M. and Yvonne Herd Arrowood.
Mr. Arrowood earned a Bachelor's degree in Classics from the College of Charleston and was a Roman Catholic.
Jonathan was very passionate about music, especially the music of Mozart, Beethoven and John Lennon.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are his maternal grandmother, Mary Geneva Herd of Greenville; two brothers, Joshua Arrowood and wife The Reverend Dr. Tiffany Steinwert of Syracuse, NY and Joseph Arrowood and wife Amanda of Simpsonville; and a nephew, Grady Will Steinwert-Arrowood.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to SC/MidAtlantic MS Society, 9801-I Southern Pine Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28273.
Visitation will be held Thursday, December 8, 2011 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. The funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, December 9, 2011 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Graceland East Memorial Park.
