Michael D. Rohrbaugh, age 65 of Plymouth, formerly of South Bend, passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 in the Miller's Merry Manor Nursing Home in Plymouth, Indiana.
Michael was born on August 11, 1950 in South Bend, Indiana to Carl and Thelma (Skelton) Rohrbaugh. Michael enjoyed many years as an independent truck driver until his health no longer allowed him to travel. Michael will be fondly remembered by his family and many friends.
Michael is survived by his sister, Sue (George and Chase) Holzwart of Plymouth, Indiana; niece, Gretchen (Mike) Turner of Old Hickory, Tennessee; aunts, Jackie (Tom) Wheatbrooke of Rolling Prairie, Indiana, Veta Kowalski of Mishawaka, Indiana and Pat Williams of Cassopolis, Michigan. Michael is preceded in passing by his parents.
The Van Gilder Funeral Home is honored to be caring for the Rohrbaugh family and extend our deepest heartfelt condolences. A memorial service in honor of Michael will be on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Miller's Merry Manor Nursing Home, 635 Oakhill Ave Plymouth, Indiana 46563
