Bobbie Jean Pippen
Bobbie Jean Pippen, 75, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2011, at home surrounded by her family and friends.
Born in Dacusville, SC, she was the daughter of the late Billy Birch Pippen and Essie Corbin Pippen.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Toni and Nils Lindbloom; her sons and daughter-in-law, Alan Butler and Rick and Tonya Butler; her brother and sister, Billy R. Pippen and Betty P. Glick; her grandchildren, Jason Butler, Zachary Butler, Felicia B. Baker, Tasha Butler, Kristin L. Munafo, and Erik Lindbloom; her great-grandchildren, Jason Lee, Juliann, Corbin, Gavin and Landon; and her special friends, Sandra Robinson and Lavada Johnson.
The family would like to thank all the wonderful caregivers at Lutheran Hospice for the compassion and love shown to their mother throughout her nine month battle with Ovarian Cancer.
The funeral service will be held on Monday, October 17, 2011, at 1:30PM in the chapel of Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest, with Reverend Maria Miller officiating.
Burial will follow the service at Coleman Memorial Park in Travelers Rest
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00-1:15PM at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Alan Butler, Rick Butler, Jason Butler, Erik Lindbloom, Cary Munafo, and Nils Lindbloom.
