Vernon W. Brown, Sr. of Aberdeen passed away on Wednesday, December 23rd at the Citizens Care Center, Havre de Grace, Maryland, at the age of 89.
Born in Camden, NJ he was the son of the late Walter Brown and Ruth Dorsey.
Mr. Brown was a Federal employee and self-employed barber.
He is survived by his sons Vernon Brown, Jr. of Woodstock, MD, and Orlando Brown of Aberdeen, MD; daughter Deborah Rose of Petersburg, VA. And his 5 Grandchildren; Orlando Jr., Jensine, Samuel, Elliott and Sara Lauren, 3 Great grandchildren; Alexandra, Damon and Kimber.
A visitation will be held at the Union United Methodist Church, Aberdeen, MD on Saturday, January 2, 2016 from 09:00 am -12:00 pm. Where a service conducted by Pastor Granderson Jones, Jr. will begin at 12:00pm.
In lieu of flowers make donations to The Fallston High School Vernon W. Brown III memorial scholarship fund Fallston High School 2301 Carrs Mill Road Fallston Maryland 21047.
