Funeral services for Lucille M. Koehler, 80, of Caldwell are set for 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at the Evangelical United Church of Christ in Lyons, with Rev. Darrin Holub officiating. Interment will follow at Birch Cemetery near Lyons. Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 18, 2014, at Strickland Funeral Home in Caldwell from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. Mrs Koehler passed from this world on February 17, 2014 in College Station, Texas

Lucille was born on September 3, 1933 to Robert August Schultz and Elizabeth Emily (Popek) Schultz in Birch Community, Burleson County, Texas. She married Milton Koehler on July 2, 1949 in Caldwell, Texas.

Lucille is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Mike Faust of Caldwell; sister and brother-in-law, Grace and Earnest Knesek; grandchildren, Grant and Crystal Faust, Brian and Rhonda Faust, Krystil Macik, Amy and Adam Dow, Marcus and Alyssa Macik; great grandchildren, Gauge Faust, Chase Faust, Piper Faust, Layne Faust, Zane Pierce-Macik, Reagan Elise Dow; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Eldie and Theresa Koehler, and son-in-law Eddie and Denise Macik, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Milton of 60 years; daughter, Renea Elise Macik; brother, Robert Schultz; and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Alton and Esther Poehl.

Serving as pallbearers will be Grant Faust, Brian Faust, Layne Faust, Marcus Macik, Adam Dow, Bobby Schultz, Tim Knesek, Paul Brister. Honorary pallbearers are Kenneth Knesek, Gauge Faust, Chase Faust, Zane Macik, and Anthony Schultz.

Evangelical United Church of Christ of Lyons is the family's choice for memorial contributions.
