Thomas J. Daniels
Age 60, of Canton, passed away Monday October 28, 2013 in his home following a brief illness. He was born September 15, 1953 in Canton to the late David L. and Gladys (Grim) Daniels. Tom was a life resident of Canton and was a 1971 graduate of Canton South High School. He was a member of the IBEW Local #71 and was employed by Thompson Electric. Tom was an avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and was a natural craftsman. He is survived by his wife, Mary Lou (Rigby) to whom he was married 40 years; two sons and a daughter-in-law, David Daniels and Sandra Kocar of Sherrodsville, Christopher and Dwan Daniels of Canton South; four grandchildren, Jessica, Tristen, MaKenna and Dillion; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Mark and Barb Daniels of N. Canton, Kirk and Donise Daniels of Magnolia; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Kathy and Glen Ledbury of S. Carolina, Dana and Keith Cox of Canton, Cindy and Bill Ramey of Newcomerstown; numerous nieces and nephews. A celebration of life gathering will be Saturday November 9, 2013 in Windsor Hall; dinner will be served at 5:00pm. In keeping with Tom's wishes cremation has taken place.
