Melvin W. "Tim" Haut
Age 78, of Canton died Saturday, May 18, 2013 in Aultman Compassionate Care Center. Born October 8, 1934 in East Sparta, Ohio to the late Marvin W. and Elizabeth S. (Geiger) Haut. He was a life resident of the East Sparta/Canton area and a 1953 graduate of Bolivar High School. Tim retired from the Timken Company in 1995 with 31 years of service. He was a member of Central Baptist Church and was an avid bowler for many years. Preceded in death by one brother, Thomas Haut; two sisters, Helen and Grace Haut. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Marilyn J. (Bower) Haut; four children and spouses, Connie Rae and Roger Robertson of Canton, Daniel W. and Beth Haut of Canal Fulton, Kenneth and Luann Haut of Staffordsville, KY., Ronald and Wendi Haut of Canton; 7 grandchildren; twin brother and spouse, Delvin and Mary Ann Haut of Brunswick, OH; brother and spouse, Howard and Diana Haut of Las Vegas, NV. Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at 10:00 am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave. with Pastor Randy Newcomer officiating. Interment in Ft. Laurens Cemetery, Bolivar. Friends may call Monday from 6-8 pm. Memorial donations may be made to Central Baptist Church.
