She retired from Johns-Manville Corporation, formerly of Alexandria after 25 years of employment. She attended the Alexandria First United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women. She was also a member of the Johns-Manville Quarter Century Club and the Alexandria Women’s Club. She was a Pink Lady volunteer with the Community Hospital Ladies Auxiliary. Rosemary enjoyed playing bridge and reading, however she focused her life on loving and caring for her family. Hinton-August 26, 1974 Funeral Service Time and Day: Funeral services will be at 10 AM on Tuesday, September 7, 2004 in the First United Methodist Church, 116 West Broadway, Alexandria Officiating: Pastor Jerry Thomas Interment: Will follow in Park View Cemetery in Alexandria Visitation: Friends may call at the Owens Funeral Home, 412 North Harrison Street in Alexandria from 4 PM to 8 PM on Monday or at the church after 9 AM on Tuesday Memorial Contributions: May be made to the charity of the donor’s choice
