Deceased Relatives: along with his parents he is preceded in death by two sons: James Thomas Ousley & Billy Ray Ousley; Two Brothers: Willard Ousley, Sanford Ousley; and four sisters: Mae Calhoun, Inas Stephens, Susie DeRossett & Grace Flannery
Time and Place of Services: Monday December 30, 2013 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin
Visitation: after 6pm Sunday at the funeral home
