Jacqueline Marie Soldenski, age 48, of Lapeer, formerly of Fowlerville, died Friday, November 27, 2015. Jackie was born June 16, 1967 in Detroit, to Gerald and Linda (Lenda) Soldenski. She graduated in 1985 from Lapeer West High School and was a member of Immaculate Conception Church in Lapeer. Mrs. Soldenski was a millwright on construction projects all around the state, she was also a member of the Millwright Local #1102 in Warren. Jackie loved the outdoors...gardening, hunting and fishing. She enjoyed reading and was an excellent cook, Jackie wanted to be "the next Rachel Ray". Family was very important to Jacqueline. She dearly loved her children and attended all their school and sporting events.
Jackie is survived by her children: Zachariah Tallent of Lapeer, Annalise Tallent of Lapeer and Elijah Tallent of Lapeer; parents: Jerry and Linda Soldenski of Lapeer; siblings: Jim (Denise) Soldenski of Lapeer, Jocelyn (Wayne) Leckrone of Alpena and Judy (Jim) Coulter of Columbiaville; nieces and nephews: Jacob, Rachel, Gabrielle, Samuel and Kate; great-niece: Aaliyah; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
Visitation will be 4-8PM Monday, November 30, 2015 at Muir Brothers Funeral Home in Lapeer. The Rosary will be prayed 7PM Monday at the funeral home. Funeral Mass for Jacqueline will be 11:00AM Tuesday, December 1, 2015, at Immaculate Conception Church in Lapeer, Father Douglas Terrien officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:15-11:00AM Tuesday, prior to the Mass, at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospitals or Wounded Warrior Fund.
