SANTORO – Mildred "Millie" (Carrozzo) Santoro, 82, passed away peacefully on June 15, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Thomas E. Santoro for 56 years. Born May 5, 1934 in Winsted, CT; the daughter of the late Martin C. and Rhoda May (Ransom) Carrozzo. Millie was a lifelong resident of Winsted and was a CNA for Foothills for many years. She is survived by her children, Thomas (Judith) Santoro of Winsted, Michael (Diane) Santoro of Torrington and Gina Santoro of Winsted; and grandchildren, Nicole, Joel, Kendra, Dana, Ross, Bridie and Kyle.
