HEATH – Carl D. Heath, passed away on January 21, 2016. He was loving companion of Vicki Hancock for 23 years. Born October 29, 1952 in Winsted; the son of the late Normond G. Heath and Martha B. (Scharfe) Heath. Carl and Vicki owned and operated Common Ground Nursery & Landscaping for many years. He was a real jokester always making people laugh with little tricks. He is survived by a son, Jason K. Heath; a daughter, Alisha M. Simko; a special grandson, Jason T. Heath; best friend, Ronnie; two brothers, Norman Heath and Robert Heath; and four grandchildren.
