WINCHESTER – Paul H. Prevuznak, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 27, 2012 surrounded by his family. Born November 25, 1941 in Torrington; the son of the late Stephen and Carmella (Lucia) Prevuznak. Paul enjoyed helping his neighbors as he was a skilled handyman. He also enjoyed his tractor. Most of all, he loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is survived by two sons, Ken Prevuznak and wife Randylee of Harwinton and Craig Prevuznak and wife Suzanne of Winchester; two brothers, John Prevuznak and wife Pam of Winchester and Steven Prevuznak of FL; a sister, Joan Hirchak of CA; grandchildren, Myera, Sean, Ashley and AnnMarie; great grandchildren, Madden, Jayden, Kim Ann and Tristian; an uncle, aunts, many nieces, nephews and close friends. He also leaves his longtime companion, Ms. Jeri Soltis of New Hartford. Paul was predeceased by his daughter, Kim Ann Holland. Friends may call on Friday, March 2, 2012 at Montano-Shea Funeral Home, 922 Main Street, Winsted from 6 – 8 PM. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at Winchester Center Congregational Church, Winchester Center at 11 AM.
