Ruby Hartley age 80 years of Manchester, Ohio died Sunday October 23, 2011 at the Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley Inpatient Center at the Adams County Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Hartley was born September 5, 1931 the daughter of the late Wesley and Nellie Gaffin in Adams County, Ohio.
Survivors include her daughter Darrolyn Hacker of Georgetown, Ohio and two sons; Donald Gregory Hartley of Cincinnati, Ohio and Todd Anthony Hartley of Manchester, Ohio; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family following cremation. The Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home in West Union, Ohio is serving the family.
