Charles Ray Paeltz age 93 of Georgetown, Ohio passed away on June 18, 2015. He was born on April 17, 1922 in Russellville, OH to the late Forrest and Ruby (Howland) Paeltz. He was a veteran of the United States Army, graduated from Miami University and retired from Kibler Milling Company.
He is survived by his wife Joan (Holloway) Paeltz, children, Jo Ellen, Jay (Julie), Nancy and Jerry (Pennie); grandchildren, Brittany Hayslip, Katie, Alex, Sarah and Jack Paeltz, Jessica (Dan) Beck, Chelsea and Kevin Neuman; sisters Jeanette (Bud) Yockey and Virginia (Lou) Muhlhofer; sister-in-law Phyllis Paeltz and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by his son Nathan Paeltz; granddaughter Emily Paeltz; brothers Bob and John Paeltz; and sister Evelyn Seesholtz.
Visitation will be held Sunday June 21, 2015 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at the Georgetown Church of Christ. Funeral Services will be held Monday June 22, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at the church under the direction of the Meeker Funeral Home with Scott Hennig officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Linwood Cemetery in Russellville.
In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Nathan Paeltz Soccer Memorial Fund, C/O Fifth Third Bank or Give Kids the World, 210 South Bass Road, Kissimmee, FL 34746, In Memory of Emily Paeltz.
