Laythan Leon Mask was born on December 29, 1946 in Monette, Arkansas to Pete and Doesha Lorene Mask. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Joe Junior Mask; and sister, Cathy Mask Shoemate. He leaves behind his wife of 49 years, Barbara Gail Hopper Mask; children, Shadara Ann (and Christian) Waller and Vickie Denise Mask; grandchildren, John Jacob Risinger, Valyrie Michelle Risinger Sanchez, Laythan Wayne Mask, Mason McCartney Waller, Kyler Lee Waller, and Lucas Stanton Bennet Waller; siblings, Ray Mask and spouse, Carol of Camp, Arkansas, Vickie Lynn Haynes of Collierville, Tennessee, Ricky Mask of Wills Point, Texas, Diane Dunn and spouse, Randy of Mammoth Springs, Arkansas; mother in law, Helen Mask of Mesquite, Texas; brother in laws, Wayne Hopper Jr. of Corsicana, Texas, Jackie Mask Jr. of Mesquite, Texas, and numerous nieces and nephews.
