Kathleen Claire Monahan Kenny, better known as Kathy, Katie, Mom, Nana and Sissy was born on March 5, 1947 in Jersey City. She died peacefully in her sleep at her home in Lakewood, NJ on Saturday September 21, 2013 from a long hard fight with ALS.
She will always be loved by her soul mate of 23 years, Linda Rossi (Bubba), her three daughters Traci Cantin and her husband Adam, Kimberly Kenny and her wife Jackie MacLean, and Colleen Kenny, her seven grandchildren Denise, Riley, Logan, Kimmy, Laura, Emmy and Kinley, her sister Nancy Lawrence and her husband Walter, her niece Amy Garcia and her husband Ernie and their children Braden and Jovian, along with hundreds of others who are too numerous to name.
A celebration of her life will be held at the Holmdel Funeral Home, 26 South Holmdel Road, Holmdel, NJ 07733 on Tuesday September 24, 2013 from 4:00 to 8:00PM.
The committal service will be on Wednesday September 25, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Holmdel Cemetery Mausoleum, 900 – Holmdel Road, (Holmdel Road at Roberts Road) Holmdel, NJ 07733
