Gloria F. Whitley 87, formerly of Valhalla, NY and most recently of Ridgefield, CT passed away on Dec. 29, 2016. Gloria was born on Dec. 19, 1929 to the late Nicholas and Antoinette (nee Di Domenico) Pirone in White Plains, N.Y. She worked as the Deputy Town Clerk in the Town of Mt. Pleasant for many years. Gloria is predeceased by two brothers and one sister. She is survived by her loving daughter Patricia Silvanie (John) of West Palm Beach, FLA and two loving sons Dennis Whitley (Norma) of Goodyear, AZ and William Whitley (Suzanne) of Croton, N.Y. Also survived by her four cherished grandchildren. Funeral Mass, Holy Name of Jesus Church, Valhalla, NY on Tuesday at 10 AM. Interment, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY to follow. In lieu of flowers donations in her name could be made to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
