Janet S. Weis 64, of Hawthorne, N.Y. died on Sept.13, 2013 at her residence.
She was born on Oct.14, 1948 to Ernest and Joan Schumacher in Yonkers, N.Y.
She was a registered nurse with Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, N.Y.
Janet is survived by her mother, Joan Schumacher of Hawthorne, N.Y. , her devoted husband, Henry A. Weis of Hawthorne, N.Y. her loving children, Nancy (John)
Thompson of Statham, NH., Susan Weis (Margaret) of Lowell, MA., Peter (Jill)
Weis of Stormville, N.Y. also survived by her cherished grandchildren, J.T. and
Cade Thompson and Logan, Luke and Hailey Weis. and by her siblings,
Anne (Robert) McSpedon, Joan Jewell, Ariella Alandra, Rita VanDonselaar,
Ernest (Joyce) Schumacher, Peter (Barbara) Schumacher, Anthony (Celeste)
Schumacher and predeceased by her brother, Richard Schumacher. Reposing,
Hawthorne Funeral Home on Monday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM. where funeral services will be
