Mr. Francis Lee Walker, 72, of Gray Street, husband of Jean Quarles Walker, died Friday, September 19, 2014, at Edgefield County Hospital.
Graveside services will be held Monday, September 22, 2014, at 2:00 P.M. at Elmwood Cemetery in Ninety-Six, SC.
Mr. Walker was born in Greenwood, SC and was a member of Edgefield First Baptist Church. He was retired from the South Carolina Highway Patrol and as a US Deputy Marshal. He was a veteran of the US Air Force; he was a Mason, and a member of the American Legion.
Survivors include his wife, one son Robin Walker, one daughter Jackie (Johnny) Lyons, and two special nieces Carrie Ann and Catherine Quarles.

Honorary Pallbearers will be all Law Enforcement Officers.
The family is at the home and will receive friends Sunday, from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M. at Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home.
