Joseph S. Ciccone Beloved Husband, Son, Brother and Grandson, 27
Joseph S. Ciccone, 27, of Lyndhurst, formerly of Bloomfield, passed away on Tuesday, April 15, 2014. The funeral will be conducted from the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Tuesday, April 22, at 8:45 a.m. There will be a funeral mass celebrated at St. Thomas the Apostle Church , Bloomfield at 10:00 a.m. The cremation will be held privately. Visitation will be on Monday, April 21 from 4:00 –8:00 p.m.
Joseph was born in Livingston and was a lifelong resident of Bloomfield before moving to Lyndhurst two years ago. Upon graduation from Bloomfield High School in 2004, Joseph joined P.S.E. & G. and currently held the position of troubleshooter.
He is survived by his beloved wife Christina (nee Kirwin) Ciccone; his devoted mother Joanie Dandi and her fiancée Gary Cicetti; his lifelong loving sister Alexandra Ciccone; and his loving maternal grandmother Mildred (nee Foti) Dandi. He is predeceased by his maternal grandfather Joseph Dandi. Joseph is the son-in-law of James and Carol Kirwin; brother-in-law of James Kirwin III; and nephew of Linda De Frances and Tina Ogilvie; Godson and nephew of Sandra Dandi; and first cousin of Damien. He is also survived by his many cousins, aunts, uncles, close friends; his sister Jennifer and niece Gia; and his ever-loving companion Maggie;
Joseph felt strongly for everyone in his heart and loved living his life to the fullest. He will mostly be remembered for his giving of life to others through organ donation. Clara Maass Medical Center was illuminated in his honor as a thank you.
