Beloved Husband, Father, Brother and Grandfather, 85
Mr. John P. Carugan , 85, of Nutley, passed away on Friday, August 24, 2012 at the Select Specialty Hospital, Rochelle Park. The funeral will be conducted from the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue, on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at 9:15 a.m. There will be a Funeral Mass celebrated at St. Mary's Church , Nutley at 10:30 a.m. with Naval Military Honors. The cremation will be held privately. Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 28 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Mr. Carugan was born in Jersey City and resided in Nutley for over 20 years. He was a Warehouse Manager for Tandem Distribution, South Kearny for 15 years before retiring.
He was a member of the Knights of Columbus St. Mary's Council #2346 and a member of the V.F.W. Wheeler Post, Jersey City.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years Josephine (nee Giunta) Carugan; his loving children John Carugan, Maureen Frank, Mark Carugan and Brian Carugan; his caring brother James Carugan; his caring sister Sissy Keller and his precious grandchildren Jason, Melanie, Kristina and Sienna.
