M. Blanche Carter, 92, formely of Troy, died Tuesday, November 19, 2002 at Joint Twp. Hospital in St. Mary's, Ohio. She was born September 19, 1910 to John and Mary Elizabeth Benson. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Harry E. Carter. She is also survived by 2 daughter and sons-in-laws; Mary Ann and Larry Paszek of Teston, VA; Nancy Jean and Kermit Watson of Byron, Ga. Also surviving are 3 Sons and daughters-in-laws; David and Dorothy Carter of Troy; Phillip and Yvonne Carter of Auburn, Mi. and Thomas and Melinda Carter of Columbus, Ohio.
1 Sister; Enid Wiseman of East Liverpool, Ohio. She also has several Grandchildren and step-grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren and step-grandchildren. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Troy; member of the United Methodist Women's Circle, and formerly a Sunday School teacher, and a member of the Alturian Club in Troy.
