Donald Falk Goldstein, 83 years old, died June 2, 2009 in Fort Collins, CO. Beloved husband of the late Vivian L. Goldstein. Father of Philip Goldstein of Ft. Collins, CO, wife Amy and Carol G. Asher of New Orleans, husband Harold. Grandfather of Allison & Jeffrey Asher. Brother of Marjorie Goldstein and the late Ruby Brunstein, brother in law of Susan and Dr. Herbert Lipschutz.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents, Jeanette & Harry Goldstein. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps. Donald was born and raised in Morgantown, WV where he met his loving wife of 55 years. He owned a family business in Morgantown as well as retail businesses in 4 states. He also served as President of Tree of Life Congregation in Morgantown.
In 1988, he retired to New Orleans where he volunteered for many years at the Greater N.O. Sports Foundation and perfected his tennis game. After Hurricane Katrina, he relocated to Fort Collins, CO.
